Default Need a Cobra Fix

Looks like I will be off for the wilds of Missouri for a few weeks and return just in time for the Laughlin run. I really need enough of a Cobra fix to last me that long. So................I've spoken with Karlos and Jeff Moore and it looks like they will assist me in getting some seat time. We're talking about a run for breakfast this weekend. Probably Sunday. Anyone else interested? Run to RimView Cafe in Pine or another destination if someone has a good one.. Food, afterall, is secondary.

Dan,

When are you going to be in Missouri? You can get a pretty good fix at Run N Gun October 8-11, 2008. http://www.runngun.net.

Come on over we will give you a Cobra Fix. Plus at least one of your neighbors from Phoenix will be there this year.

Clois

Dave,

Have a great trip and enjoy it. I just thought that if you were going close to Harrison, Arkansas, you would be in the area where my Cobra now lives. It is 20 miles North in a little town called Omaha. Sometimes I really miss it.

Still good to go Sunday, 09/21? Brown & Ellsworth, 8am? Don't think my sweetie is going to go for such a long ride to Pine, but I'm up for it. I'll be smart enouogh to bring a long sleeved shirt this time since it got a little nipply the last trip up the hill.

I'm still good to go.. I haven't heard different from Jeff. Of course Dave has another EXCUSE... Just because he's 2000 miles away, he thinks that is a good reason not to go!

Cobish, THe dreaded GKN does not pay my wages to drive my Cobra. They are a never ending source of irritation and concern right now.

Well, four of us made the run this AM. It was nice.. and by the way, Happy Birthday to Ferdinand Porche. Ran into a gathering of Porches at Jakes Corner celebrating the B-Day or their namesake.

Sorry I didn't make it to 83rd last nite, but the 101 was closed for a good portion and by the time I got to Indian Bend Road, I was hot and tired. I'll try again when I get back from STL.

Sure was a nice day for a drive up the hill. Didn't need the long sleeved shirt. Had a terrible spell of confusion though when I arrived at the meeting place. Saw what I though was Mesa Dave's car, but couldn't understand how it could be. I knew it was going to be too hot for that car to be out of the garage. Turned out to be Frank's very nice white, with blue stripes, Contemporary.
