Thanks, John. Looking forward to the 12th. As the date gets closer, I'm sure us East Siders will hook up to make the ride down through Florence. Of course Danr will show, and maybe Mesa Dave, if he can work it into his busy schedule. It would be fun if Jeff, John, Brian, Jack and the other East Siders could make for a nice little convoy. Maybe some of the guys from the big city will even do the ride.

Thank you guys for expressing your desire to attend. Yes, Aida will be doing the cooking. A convoy to Tucson would be great. As the date gets closer I'll be gathering all of the food and drinks. Peanuts and olives, potatoe chips and dip. Pretzels and iced pickels. John

The Phoenix ladies are always welcome at our home. Aida may be a bit busy, however, she'll enjoy any company that shows up. I think that she is planning to serve some wine for the ladies. Isn't "talking shopping " forbidden at parties ?

That sounds like a wiener, John! It gives me a good reason to get over to Lonestar #024's place to get my snake off of the trailer. And to find out if you really removed those clecos from your hood scoop.
Stopped at Tom's place tonight, had the rear end apart, he better get his rear end in gear so he can show me the route.

That was a great ride last year and some good eats!
I'll have to play it by ear this year, depends on gas funds etc.

OK Maricopa, things are cool, I found a beer for $1.89 a six pack , it's made in San Antonio, Texas, called "Lonestar". I have saved $ now so that I can offer you the $2.00 bill for your gas costs.

Lonestar is enough to make a grown man switch to Coca Cola... Almost as bad a Primo was .... or domestic San Magoo.. YUK!
