Colorado update
I'm getting ready to leave. Looks like I'll beat some of the early crowd.
The Wickieup curse hits again...
Dan ran out of gas...
Karl's is being towed by Zeke to Kingman.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I got home OK.. Between Sugar being smart, Diana climbing around on Bill's truck in various stage of disrobe, and several other stunts by various and sundry persons (who shall remain anonymous) I found myself on my knees this morning in front of Ginny.. (begging forgiveness?...not a chance) I was fooling with the legs. Anyway, those of you who did not attend, missed a hell of party. Just ask Don and Karl, and the several empty wine bottle that were disposed of this morning (early). Next year should be a hoot or more hooters or something like that..

Hey guys and gals...
Thanks for a great showing this year. We doubled the number of cars from last year.
I want to thank the AHA and their members that showed up with cars... The vegas crowd showed up again. It was great to have them there.
Again Dave Martin was seen moping around. He did say something about having his Datoyna running.
I'll have some pics posted in a little while.
When you get a chance ask Stud Finder aka Don when do you pay for gas?
Don Gets the Mr. Pink award.
More later.

Hi All! Just want to say, "Marilyn and I had a great time this weekend at the Riverside".
All the ...kinda crazy...bushy tailed Cobra thrashers did their thing...the parking lot is now rubber coated.
We enjoyed most all the folks, ..what fun...the other Bill & Marilyn, Steve & Vicky and of course...Ralph the red snake was inspirational.
We want to thank everyone for putting on a great event and especially Mikiec for being the pit leader.
Hope to see you all soon, Bill Bess

MIkie didn't go. Karl led us off the beaton path with some help from Broberg and Fancy. What a ride!

Thanks guys and gals for one hell of a great weekend. Hope everyone made it home in good shape except for a little wind and sun-burn.
One problem I had was a lot of "rear-tire-meets-fender-rub". But what can you expect from 2 lard-a$$es who drank too much and almost ran Harra's buffet line out of grub.
The other problem was on the way back, while trying to follow Hollywood and Lonestar, my speedometer needle pegged out at 120, it flipped wildley for a few seconds and is now stationary at 115, NO BS!
Anybody know of a shop around here that repairs those things?
On second thought, hanging around with the likes Karl, Tom, Hollywood and the rest of you lead-feet, I need to get a higher reading Speedo.
Thanks again for a great weekend, everyone!
Ralph

Hey Ralph, Dick's Speedometer on North 7th Street in Phoenix is the only place I've heard of that specializes. May be more. I got home at 2:30 and was glad to get out of the heat. Definitely enjoyed the weekend. Very glad I made the drive and look forward to doing it next year. Didn't need to call Zeke on the return trip. Left the engine running during the stop in Wickiup, just in case, and it started right up when I bought gas in Wickenburg.

Karl has the dreaded Laughlin Mystery Bug. It occurs en route to Laughlin then disappears for ever after the pending party. (At least I hope so, Karl.) Glad you didn't have any more issues.
Ralph, There is also a Dick's Speedo Shop on Hayden in Scottsdale.

Check this out. Hope it helps.

Fun weekend - thanks. Home safely and quickly thanks to Dan & Karl setting the pace. I left some money in the casino but I'm sure they will hold it for me to win back next year.

Gas up in Kingman and then again in Wickenburg? Wow, I'm only down to 1/2 a tank after gassing up in Kingman.
Anyway it was a great time. Maricopa do not let the family stuff interfer next year. 2 years in a row is enough.
It was great seeing Jerry and Veronica again. I got my first ride in Jerry's car many years ago. Looks like Stewart is doing fine after his incident.
Now for an update about Don having to go back to pay for his gas. Not true. He left his debit card at the gas station. He finally fessed up to Diana he did it (will the boy ever learn). Don has left cards all over the place. So if you find one use it.
I wish the Nevada gang had showed up earlier, Scott and ST did show up early. It was nice seeing both of them again. ST the Kirkham looks great.
Dan, I glad you finally figured which car was yours. I guess all red ones look alike. What's this I hear about you exposing your self on Sunday AM. I guess that's why you did it again at Mr. D's.
Anybody really know why Ralph's pants were very wet in the crotch Friday night? He soaked Ginny's chair.
Broberg hitched a ride with Jeff for the run to Oatman, then said something about Jeff not really getting on it.
I must say I lost the suck off again this year. Diana won.
There are more stories.

Mikie, Jeff DID set a very sedate pace going to Oatman but I made up for it on the way back. Somebody, with the initials D.A.N. (I think) complained about how bumpy the old Route 66 was, but I didn't notice since I was touching the pavement only about every other dip. Big fun.

AZ,
Thanks for the weekend....well at lease Saturday. You guys are always a lot of fun. The engine should be in the cobra this week. Just missed by a few days. Will bring the cobra next year.
Sorry the rest of the Vegas Club didn't show up early. Will try and get them down sooner.
Oh.... by the way, Bob, when are you going to give me the twenty bucks???? I could have used it for gas to get home!!
You all make for a fun time.
I always have Thankgiving in Scottsdale with family. I may be bringing the cobra down for the weekend. Does the AZ Cobras do anything on Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving?
