So Mikie, how many layers of skin did you scrape off when you shaved your beard? How many years had it been? Back when I grew a beard for the Ohio winter cold, my skin would be very tender when I shaved in the spring and I'd be a mass of razor nicks. Of course, I was very young and tender then.

Karl, did you have to shave your beard off in Ohio before the long wagon trail trek west? I know it must have been tough to shave in those bumpy wagons. Whew!

It came off suprisingly easy. Must have been the tears soaking it.
I had that Beard for about 34 years. The new one is already started.
