So what's next?
The New Years day run up Yarnell is complete and the AZCobras site is conspicuously empty. What's next?

Well, SOMBODY keeps harping about making a run down that long, straight, flat road to Catalina...

Well Karl, I'll pull it together if anyone wants to go, only it won't be down the long straight road through Florence Junction. I still want to make the run through Winkleman and Oracle Junction to Catalina. Anyone interested? Weather permitting, how about January 24?

Works for me. Maybe the Tucson gang can meet us in Catalina.
With Shelby starting to sue people again, I've decided to boycott all Shelby gatherings.

Danr, with you leading I'll get much better gas mileage. We'll go slower and probably not make too many detours.

January 24th is a double whammy at the Fair Grounds. Park once and you can visit both the Kruse Auction and the Crossroads of the West Gun Show. Both going on same place same day. Pinch me, I must be dreaming.

CATALINA ?? No wonder Dan will only lead if it's dry, ain't Catalina an island? Do ya think we could ever find an Island? My only leader experience was to Oatmen but Bob was the navigator so not even an extra turn was involved. We did stay about 5 above the posted limit but I think it was Karlos who 8itched I drove to slow. Lets make a run to the Gun Show either way.

Danr's probably thinking it will be much warmer at a gun show.

I just asked! Because the gun show will probably be there before and after the run. If we go, I'll be on the run.. if Karl doesn't melt and make my tires all sticky..

Good idea, we could start with a run past the speed lights on SR-51.

Good idea M. but I think they really frown on strafing runs of their cameras. Sheriff Joe makes a mean bologna sandwich for those he catches but getting a boyfriend called Bubba or Mongo is not my thing.
I have a DPS buddy who tells me there has been a lot of damage to the cameras, some now have vandal cameras on extra channels....smile.

So Mike is there a story here ya want to share? I have heard the story of meeting Bubba when you got back to the states. We can make a much better... weirder version with a little effort.
