Default Yarnell to Sedona Run

Just got back. 290 miles today. Wickenburg to Yarnel to Prescott to Jerome to Sedona. Great weather, but a bit nippy up high. Around 12 cobras, a Daytona Coupe and a Mustang. Fun time. Lots of turns, a few stops and a couple of missed turns but we all made it to lunch at the Sedona Airport Restaurant. Good food and good service. Nice to meet some new folks and thanks to all you people who drove up from bumscrew.

AZ Bob

Add another 90 miles from my house to Wickenburg. Was definitely worth it. Great people, great scenery and fine food. Thanks to all.

Paul,

I think you were. Once we hit the 17 you were gone....

Dan,
Thanks again for letting me get into your pants. So far I like Vicki the best. Very spunky.

Great drive. I have decided after doing the hill with a 102 lb weight loss it is time to get back on the track.

Mike

Thanks to all for a great day! Especially to Mike for rescuing me and the 2 cars following me after I missed a turn. Mike chased us down, headed us back and led us to the chow . . . above and beyond, for sure. Curvy roads, beautiful scenery & great people made it a memorable day.

What a great day with a great bunch of off track racers. I caught up with the coupe on the way down I-17. 2 F150's caught up with us from behind, and they had to be doing 100. They checked us out and then backed off. I kept looking in the rear view and thinking "who are those guys" ? Looking forward to the next run!

I think I lost some brain cells along with the weight.

Pete, what Mike are you talking about? Surely not Mikiec since everybody knows that he is "directionally challenged". Mikec, 102#, WOW. ATTABOY!

Karl, I think, maybe, perhaps it was Mikiec who courageously rescued me and others. At least it was Mikiec's car, for sure. The driver looked a lot different . . . about 100 lb. different!

That was a great drive this past weekend. We should do that again when there is no vettes in front of us. Would have been nice to run it and scare the crap out of the passender side person. Anybody take any pictures?
