Mike, the car you are looking for was parked in front of the cafe on the street. It was right in front of the burgundy and silver car. Good eye. I hadn't picked it out as a street car until you said something.

Always on the lookout for proper Cobras rather than those that are bespotted with do-dads and trinkets all over them.
So does anyone own it or did it drive itself? Tucson John?

The car in question sounds like ours, Don and Cathy Bevers. It's a Royal Blue roadster without the sidepipes or roll bar. John has only seen it a couple of times and he was so far out in front, that he probably forgot about us!
No small block resides within either. A bored and stroked 428 block with Blue Thunder heads ported by Holman-Moody and a custom billet intake of my design for the TWM injectors.
Well, this is more info than you actually wanted right? Anyway, it's a nice driver. Car is a Superformance roadster.

Hey Don, Yes I did forget about your Cobra. I've spent the last half hour looking at SandyC's, George Roberts, and Bill Markley's photos of the drive. There were three or four of the Tucson guys who parked on the street and I completely over looked you.

No problem John. We enjoyed the drive, even though it got hot out. Thanks for inviting us.

Maricopa, did you make the run or did your car go by istelf? Why didn't I see you, or why didn't you see me?

Nah I wasn't there Karl. Went up to El Pinko's place in the cool country instead. Of course, since I was gone I don't really know where the car was.....Hmmm......
Don I look forward to meeting you and seeing another streeter!
