Better Late Than Never

I just got my reservation for a room in Laughlin. The last day is today. Good thing I have a truck now, it holds a lot more beer than a Cobra.**)
See you all there!!
Bill

mikiec 09-24-2009 07:18 AM

Looking forward to seeing Marilyn again. Oh, yeah.. you too.

Danr55 09-24-2009 07:44 AM

Hey Bill... There isn't much of him to see anymore!!

Y-NOT 09-24-2009 07:46 AM

That is what I was trying to say.
Bill:CRY:

Bill Bess 09-26-2009 03:43 PM

Hey you AZ Cobra's.....Marilyn and I will be there on Saturday morning to attend show. We will drive up from Lake Havasu City but only be able to spend the day due to other comittments.

See ya, Bill & Marilyn from Havasu

John-Tucson 09-27-2009 06:15 PM

I'm in. I'll plan to meet you guys in Wickenburg at 10:30 am. Is that time correct ?
Why do people by Roush engines ? The cobra forums are full of dissatisified owners? I guess it's a macho guy thing.

Bob Broberg SPF667 460BB 09-27-2009 06:48 PM

A good running Roush motor is a thing of beauty. Most are just working bugs out. They'll get through it.

John,

That's good news. 10:30 sounds right.

Is the bride coming along? The girls want to take her shopping.

Mike

Danr55 09-27-2009 07:32 PM

NO JOHN.. Just say NO! She'll come back looking like a bumble bee or a fairy princess or a psychadelic plant or something. Then she'll want to drink MEGARITAS and sing on a boat ride and dance on a pole.....or something. Or so I've heard.

John-Tucson 09-27-2009 10:10 PM

No, Aida isn't coming along unless she drives her Mercury. It's something about hair blowing in the wind, and then about noise, and also the non-adjustable seat, not to mention the heat and general discomfort. Danr55, I am bitting my tongue trying not to respond to you.

snakebitekit 09-27-2009 10:40 PM

I'm in and am not. Just started my car today:D, don't know if i'll have enough miles to trust the distance:confused:. But i'll be there on my bike like last year:). I 'll just go with the flow and make reservations where I can.

Hey Dennis, take a test drive down to Tucson next Sunday for the party. That will give you 200 miles of confidence. Not to mention free food and lots of Cobra talk. Danr55 will probably be setting up a meeting / departure location for you guys during the week. Remember, the trip to Laughlin is one mile at a time, also you'll have lots of company to help you.

mikiec 10-19-2009 11:55 AM

Just thought I would bring this back to the top.

Remember it is this Friday. October 23rd. McDonalds in Wickenburg leave at 10am

Mike

Robert McLinden 10-19-2009 03:57 PM

Hey Mikiec,

Is it 10 or 10:30?

mikiec 10-19-2009 04:20 PM

Heck,

I don't remember. For the sake of argument. Meet at 10 leave at 10:30

MIKE
