The little Mexican restaurant in Superior that is SO good, is just east of the Circle K in what looks like an old drive in restaurant. Their green chile is probably the best I've ever had. Can't say about anything else there, since I always get the green chile. Its not at all hot but they have a very good salsa that will liven it up. Enjoy.

Thanks for that Karl. As I recall, the last show we did in Superior features some spectacular RIBS.. and they were free!

Free ribs is a hard act to beat. Just burn the info into your memory banks about the green chili and give them a try sometime. Don't know if they are open Sundays but I do know that they are closed Mondays.

We had a good trip minus Edgar, for some reason he never showed up.
The weather in Superior is pretty hot just like Phx, maybe not as hot.
I ended up heading home by Roosevelt lake and then down the Beeline, what a nice ride and no rain but overcast most of the way.

It was very nice meeting you John-Tucson, your 48 state road trip sounds like a blast.

DWRAT, Yes, John's trip would have been fun, but you'll notice that he's just had to have back surgery. Any connection? Hmmm? Did youse guys get free food again or did you try the chile verde?

Great trip guys. Dan it was nice to meet you, you have a good looking Cobra. Glad to hear that your drive home was uneventful. I hope that now you'll be building confidence in the car. Scott and Danr, it's always good to see you guys again. Danr, Aida and I briefly discussed the Brats, Burgers and Beer Party. We'll confirm a date during our cruise this week, tenatively we are looking at Sunday, Oct 4th or Saturday, Oct 10th. I'll get back to you in a week. At that time I'll start a new posting about it. Right now the 17, 23/24/25, and 31st are all tied up with car shows.

Good to see you guys again. The green chile burritos were simply marvelous. Next time we go that way, let's stop in for more.
DWRAT, glad you made it back OK. And I really like your color combo on the cobra!
DANR is our new puzzle solver. I'll try to bring the puzzle to the next outing.
John, I'd like to see your frame modification when finished. Those new tires will look awesome!

I can usually be trusted to recommend good eats but some people may question my navagational skills, for some reason. Glad you like the chile verde. I've developed a fetish for it.

Karl, This was home made Chili Verde. They have a Fiesta at the church and the ladies made chili verde, chili rojo and Carnitas for the burritos and empanadas. It was wonderful. You'd have thought you went to chili verde heaven. Not to mention home made tortillas and salsa. You guys that didn't go missed a culinary delight.
