Default Anyone want to sell leftover parts from upgrades?

Hello fellow arntz/butler owners. I'm making good progress on the build and will post pics soon, but I'm looking for a few odds and ends to help things along. I know Ron Butler has many spares, but I'm looking for deals... so here's the shopping list: front sway bar w/ brackets, rear sway bar with brackets, fuel cell, radiator, and last but not least the rear links to the dog bones... I've seen front facing ones that bolt to the original jag locations and other ones that bolt to the outer from the rear of the frame. Any help with these parts would be a huge help if we can agree on a fair price. Thanks

SoulSurper. Congratulations on the build.

If you are using the Butler MGB steering column, 10" intermediate steering shaft and MGB front suspension, I have something that you may be interested. If you are not then it may not work for you.

It is a custom steel bracket that is fabricated to bolt to the frame near at the top of the steering shaft that comes from the rack. This bracket has a heim joint that will support the shaft and prevent lateral loads on the bearing in the rack.

If you are using a Fastcars IFS I also have a spare intermediate steering shaft.

Not sure what else I will have leftover, but I will post again when I know.

Arthur

Default Thats great Arthur

Thanks arthur... I'm using the ididit column and I knew that I had to adapt it to the mg steering nuckle. I noticed that shaft from the rack is very unsupported so shoot me a call 801-317-7410 and we'll work a deal on how I could get that.

Blake, email me at mitchy.usa@live.com I'll then send you a few photos of what I have that I'm not using on my Cobra.

So far. Custom Steering support for MGB. Rear mirror. Jaguar IRS brake pads and caliper seal kit.

I'm not certain of compatibility (frame mounting locations, etc.), but I do have a front and rear set of factory sway bars (with urethane bushings) from a Superformance. If you are interested and/or need measurements, PM me.

I've got a couple things that we've changed out or upgraded. I know of a pedal box with adjustable brake biasing, a think Holley fuel injection unit that we could never figure out to get reliable fuel delivery and it's brain and wiring harness, side pipe covers -typical waffle/rectangle holes, air cleaner (too tall for my cars set up), extra set of side pipes (can't remember if they've been coated yet or not) I may have some other little parts in boxes I'll have to chase down.

If anything works for shoot me a note and see what we can do.
