Frame name rough welded on LH frame rail

Just got my Butler up in the air at shop doing safety item repairs and notice welded in frame "Built for GF Smith" ,other then the small plate on inner of right fender that has CA391670 I do not see any other numbers
Does anyone recognize that name?
