Default Bennett 2" tube chassis

Removed Bennett body and placed on FF5 running chassis. So here is a link to naked 2" tube Bennett chassis.

Saw your post on the other forum, how are you planning to mount the Bennett body to the FFR chassis? Please document it all with a decent write up, as well as detailed pictures of everything.

Thanks in advance,

Bill S.

krausewich,
FF5 is a Factory Five: FFCars.com : Factory Five Racing Discussion Forum

mrmustang,
At this point, I have NO idea.
But, I'm pretty sure the Bennett body is a relative of the "Medusa" body I had 10 years ago, it was the Tim Figuar FiberJet Industries mold.
I did the same thing back then, mounted a Medusa/Fiber Jet body to a FF5 chassis. It was a gamble back then that it would fit, it did. It's still a gamble that this Bennett will fit; I won't know 100% till I cut out the side pipe cutouts and lower the body completely. The Bennett body looks so similar to the Arntz/Butler bodies it's uncanny.

Default She Fits!!

Cut out side pipe openings, lowered body and she fits. Of course some "tweaking" will be necessary, but she fits, just like the one 10 years ago..
