From memory, I believe the Butler Cobra accepted the MGB IFS up to 1972. And yes toe-in is the only adjustment you can make.
I was the Guinea pig that undertook the first FastCars IFS transplant in a Butler Cobra. It is well worth the effort.
One caveat is that the 10" wide front wheels on the Butler result in excessive scrub angle geometry which applies to both, the MGB and FastCars IFS. The 2" wider FastCars IFS may allow for a different wheel back spacing that would allow for a decreased scrub patch. It requires investigation.
The Jaguar IRS, if you have the Butler adaptation, has no adjustment for toe-in. Camber is the only adjustment possible via the shim system that Jaguar engineered into the design.
Enjoy the toy!,
