Default Clutch pedal
My clutch pedal is loose. By that I means it flops forward.
Is there a spring of some sort to take up the slack?

You need to figure out why it's flopping forward and address the cause of that problem. For example, it may have a set screw to hold it on a shaft and that screw may have come loose.
