[quote=JCoop;1028686]Gotten 3 warnings for not having a front plate. I still don't like it but gotta have it. This plate holder is available from Branda, if I remember correctly. It goes behind the indicator light, 3 holes pre-drilled. Required a little bit of filing...

Hi Merv,
Would you happen to have a pic of the mounting bracket you used?
Thanks in advance,

Not a good pic Al but it is basically a piece of ally right angle sprayed body colour and attached to the inside of the nose oval and to the 'plate. Simple but very strong.

Air flow isn't a problem with plates mounted like that...TURBULENCE behind the plate causing a 'dead' spot is the worry....I'm working on it.

Never had any air flow issues with this.....maybe the slimline plate made a difference?

Well, I have done nothing so far regarding number plate mounting apart from using 2 big a$$ cable ties
Spending too much time either driving it or getting other cars and trailers ready for my trip down.
I got a tonneau cover made the other day to keep dust and rain out when travelling down, but it is also good to fit when parked outside, saves me loosing a layer of skin from my legs and bum.
I am loving driving this thing around, makes me smile every time, and I get plenty of waves and toots from other people.

And a bug splattered front plate
