Default Garage Update # 20

Guy's,

Its been a while since the last update.

There was an issue with the storm water removal to the road. The Council tree at the front of the property has used my storm water pipe as a way to get more water The pipe was completely blocked and the old terracotta pipes were all damaged. So its was a new trench (45 Meters ) for the storm water and another 30 meter one for the power.
Storm water

Aggy pipe

2 x pits in the drive

Power Trench

I then needed 30 cubic meters of C grade crushed concrete to be compacted into the drive. The drive is now useable and I will concrete the pad outside the main door.
The sparky has finished and everything works I also have stairs.
Just need to tile the bathroom so the plumber can install the bogger, sink, shower, basin and bar.

...and speaking of storm water, it's only fair to show everyone the conditions you had your sub-contracted sparkies working under during the recent rain, and prior to your drain being cleared.

You're a tough project manager!

750HP,
I can tell you that as an OHS auditor, that photo makes me feel rather ill!

Stiffy i feel sorry for the labourer that dug all those trenches. Reminds me of my days as a labourer whilst studying.

nice one.

That walkway between the fence and the house looks rather narrow for a 3.5t machine. I guess thats just the pic. I worked for an Italian concrete company, so everything was done by hand including barrowing the concrete.

Looking good.

Stiffy, wot ya gonna call it?
Bordello Motors?.
Excellent business concept ..... have ya car serviced downstairs while you're being serviced upstairs.

Yep, I'd pay for that.
