Bit excited really!!
Hi all, just wanted to let you know how proud I am! My car was featured on Street Fords magazine last month and was also nominated for Car of the Year. Pretty happy with the pics and contents. Just wanted to share my excitement!
Sorry about the crap quality, I took the shots from my IPhone!
Stef

Stef,
The shots are great!
I thought your car was originally a 5 litre and now a 460?

I don't know Wazza, I prefer the regular 2ply white. That shiny magazine paper doesn't so much wipe it off as just spread it around.
Great to see your car in print Steff, congratulations! I'll have to go buy that issue and file it away.
Cheers

Congratulations Stef, it doesn't matter how many times I see your car it makes stop whatever I'm going and take notice. It really is one of only 2 or 3 cars that look that good.
Regards.

And if I’m not mistaken it looks like it was taken under the Gladesville Bridge. I think one of the most picturesque places in Sydney is about 40 metres above your head looking down the harbour at the City. This from a few years back...

Spot on jcraigau, you guessed it.
I actually had the honours of choosing the location on behalf of Stef and the photographer.
All in all the photographer was really happy with where we'd met up, as we had the shade from underneath the bridge for even lighting, perfect for the engine bay & interior pics, whilst the contrast of the water and side lit bridge really worked for the wide shots.
He took some stunning shots, with some of his best not even making into the mag! They were really wide shots with a large amount of the bridge which probably didn't lend themselves to the magazine, yet would make an awesome poster.
After having learned a few extra tricks of the trade, Stef and I might just need to head back there and take some extra snaps.
Well done Stef!
Steve.

The TROLL under the bridge!!
jcraigau,
Correct, the pics were taken under the Gladesville Bridge, perfect spot and a perfect day!! The spot was recommended by Stephen Broholm. Thanks mate!
Just wanted to thank everybody for the great feedback and kind words!
"I'd like to thank...all the people....just take the motherf#ckin award and get the he!! outta hear!"
Sorry, just a piece I remember from Eddie Murphys' "Delirious"
Sorry....not funny, well, it is if you watched the video some time ago!
