The car is looking really nice Kyle. You should be proud. The stuff of dreams as many others have said.

G'day Zedn, Have had the bare chassis and body about 2 years, It sat for about 6 months before I could get a real start on it. The body was somewhat of a basket case but with a lot of help, blood, sweat and tears it has transformed into what you see here.

Very nice indeed. I like the low sheen stripes, the dish on the rear wheels looks great.
I am going to plagiarise the reverse light/ reflector mount bracket idea. Just yesterday I fitted up the rear bumper on mine and it's good to see your front with over riders and the back without, it looks right. Since those over riders are expensive suckers I think I might go that way too.
Looks awesome, would be nice to see a good side shot of it. Good luck with the rego process.

I will see if I can post a side shot soon... With regards to the reflector mount, I have it on CAD so if you like I can Email it to you and all you need to do is send that to a laser cutter in your area and hey presto... just polish and bolt on, save you some hassle to fab them up which is not that hard anyway, its a standard Robnell mount so I can't take credit for that one.. The stripes look flat in the photo due to the quality reduction needed to post them but the color is a mica. (BMW sparkling graphite)....Oh and thanks for the feedback I'm glad you guys like it... Cheers

Engineer?
Hi Kyleb,
The car looks great, if you don't mind me asking who are you using to engineer it?

Am using Enkelman's in melbourne, they engineered all the factory built Robnell's.
Cheers.

A CAD file would be good thanks.
If I get it in DWG or similar I can get it to JPG, then Inkscape it, trace path, save as EPS file, put it to SBD and cut it on my vinyl cutter, stick it on metal, gillo and file away. Else I could email it to Dalby and get a quote.
I must be getting old, I remember a time when mechanics didn't have to be geeks or nerds
Email to gary@comdotau.com would be great thanks Kyleb

Looks sweet Kyle!
Much work to get the Edelbrock covers to fit? I think they are a good option to relocating the coils.

No, they pretty much bolted on although a couple of the bolt holes did'nt line up but that was'nt really a big deal. I think it looks more old school and makes it fill up the bay better similar to the big block although the plastic intake gives it away pretty quick. Looking fwd to bolting the polished Magnasun supercharger on after rego.
