No worries. I was checking the radar today and saw Canberra was coping some most the day but Goulburn was clear. Plan is to chck the radar and weather report about 7:00 and decide then. If I go I wont get away from Campbelltown till about 8:30 as I have to organise the rug rats, so should be there about 10 ish.

Ill post my intentions in the morn.

Cheers

Radar still clear at Goulburn, and weather report is looking good. Cloudy but no showers predicted today so I am going to head off as plannned.

Good luck for the day - hope you guys get in some good laps.

and

If you can spare a thought for those of us who have to settle for vicarious participation via the forum and post a couple of pics - that would be great.

- apparently, proximity to the 'aluminium' cobra renders plenty of drama so if you point a lens in that direction...

Have fun

LoBelly

Default Good Day

First, good to meet you Darryl and a good effort first time out. Got a couple of pics of you out there but can't say the same for your mate seeing most of the time he was either spinning out or in the sandtrap

And the others

Cheers
Brett

Thanks Brett - I like that photo of my car - nice angle. A pity you didnt get a shot of the stock 78 Corona going around with the exhaust broken off and dragging on the ground.
The guys from the police academy came around for a good chat after my final run, thought they might want to talk UVP's and the like, but just wanted to tell me how great the car sounded

Light mist of rain on the way home but not enough to get wet.

Thanks for coming Darrel - would have been lonely just me and the ricers.

Yep that's a good shot! People worry to much about the fuzz, the reality is if you're not stupid, you will be seen for what you are....an enthusiast with a nice example of a classic.

The twilight meet at Eastern Creek 25th Jan has 62 participants and they are not taking any more. It is only open to members of the ARDC.

If you got your form in early you should have recieved confirmation by now.

Looking forward to laps at the Creek again!
