I'm about to get some from vintage wheels, raw steel, they were $495 when i first enquired but they now say $595 on their web site.(hoping to get them for original price ) They have quoted $210 shipping to Sydney. Hope that helps a bit....

Rob.
Looks like your in Sydney too, maybe if we can agree on the same ones we could ship together and save on freight, only trouble could be going over $1000 limit, then you get slugged with import tax and G.S.T. Might work, i'll look at Era ones.

Three of us have ordered pipes 2 x stainless 1 x ceramic coated from Vintage Wheels.

About $900 for the pipes and $1100 each including freight so no GST impact. Might be here shortly in the new year.

Stephen, I think the man from vintage (Bob?) was going to include a set for me in your shipment but yours were going to melbourne and mine to sydney so he offered to pick up some of the shipping tab for me. I did send him an email to say i wanted a set but havn't heard back, must be the time of the year. Are you saying that if 3 sets are in the same shipment but addressed to 3 different people they only take the value of each individuals set into account for gst? Hope your pipes arrive soon, all the best for the new year....

Rob..

Check out the 'sidepipes' link from a few days ago, there's a bit of info there.

Mine are from FFR, cost just under $600us landed here in raw finish.

Nobby

Yes if only set is addressed to you that is all customs look at.

You can have bulk loads sent to one address in multiple names, customs just want to see invoices against names to make the individual breakdown and to account for the total of good sent.

And yes I think Christmas has taken is toll in the timing of things.

Cheers

I got a 8 Stack manifold sent from the States a couple of weeks ago and it took 3 weeks, I was sure it was gone but they tell me it was just a back log.

Does anyone know what these imported pipes sound like ? What is the decibel output ?
Through what I have found out the american sound standard is far more lenient than our standards. ( I'm in NSW and we aren't allowed to fart loud)
