Default Source of knobs for switches

Having found the rotary switch systems I need for my electric heater system I now need to source switch knobs to allow me to achieve the look I am after.

Am preferably chasing plain aluminium knobs that I can later have powder coated.

I am going to copy the Vintage Air black annodised knob set up in terms of look and have access to someone that can suitably generate a backing plate with symbols etched.

Does anyone know of outlets for such switch knobs? Obviously would prefer a Melbourne source if possible.

Cheers

Steve

Thanks guys and gals for the tips.

Google had been used previously for this search but wasn't my friend on this occassion.

However it seems Jaycar do produce a reasonable looking black annodised switch knob at $3 a pop.

Beats the plain ali billet specials at the hot rod shop for $22 each.

Just need to figure out how to mate some of these knobs to some odd shaft types and shapes now.

Cheers

at one point the shelby cobra used the switches and knobs out of the 60's falcons (xr,xm,xp etc) this may be a source for you
