Default Electronic Stability Control ( E.S.C.) a requirement for all new Vic Cars ?...
This matter may have already been addressed on a previous thread, and I've missed it, but I've been asked by a couple of my Queensland guys about the new requirements for E.S.C. on ALL Vic cars built from January 2011 onwards.

Is this the case...or have I misread the attached requirements?

My concern is certainly for the Victorian guys...but also there are certain Queensland cars under construction...and these things have a habit of spreading !!

Any clarity on this would be appreciated.
