F250 Australia!!
Does anyone in the ACCC community own a 2001 - 2006 F250 XLT or similar...
I just had a quote from Ford to replace a trailing arm bush on 1 side of my F250 XLT and a pair of front wheel bearings......Ford price $2300.00!!!!
After a colourful discussion with said Ford Dealer....I went down the road and bought the bushes and wheel bearing kit for $300 and fitted em myself!!!

We have an '05 XLT Turbo Diesel..... Injectors from memory were around $6K :eek from FORD..
..... it was cheaper at the quoted price to import a complete engine than replace at the quoted price..needless to say we sourced and did ourselves .........$930.00!!
....$12K for a new 9' Tub with lights and bar..
We have 2 if your ever after one at a good $$.

The price of rear wheel cylinders or even kits is ridiculous also. About $138 for a kit and over $300 for a cylinder when I needed them. Ended up just buying rubbers for about $5 a side and honing them out.
