a supercharger costs less than the block and will yield twice the power, boo on mod stroker kits

I thought the idea was to stroke and still supercharge as they said it was still strong enough for supercharged applications. Or maybe that is just my way of thinking.

Cobra Make, Engine: Some kind of FORD thingy, with several pis tins, twin chain driven SUs feeding a Y block, apparently.

looks like ford australia and fpv might have finally found the right engine worthy of wearing the fabled gtho badge,351cu and all, its a nice fit and will certainly produce the numbers, 8500 rpm in a street v8, i would like to hear that.

Tomcat, you're right, I hadn't even thought about the GTHO. Hell, make a Bathurst edition and US Boss351 as well. Some interesting possibilities there.
