Hi Rog,
Not really....always has run slightly rich ,the dyno mob sets it that way...normally don't see it, but I'm giving it a bootfull in that pic...it's probably "screaming "!
Great shot Phil....LOVE it !...
But what will I do when I get the LS7 up and running ??.....
Will I be considered to be BI-ENGINAL !!??
I thought I was very STRAIGHT FORD, but perhaps I'm a LS-BIAN !!!!!
Cheers,
Warren.

Not sure about that , but I really want to lick the opposition at the Nationals....does that count ??
Anyway...if I drive really quickly....er....you know......lickety split....my LAP times should be respectable.
See what you've started ??
Anyway...enough of that...I'm off to the workshop to do some deburring and prep a nice new block.
Cheers,
Warren.

Wazza, I never Split My Windsor, but I've busted my ass more than once. That's some pretty heavy art work you have. A real conversation piece.

Nearly all finished.....
Decided a Red and Black engine might be luckier than the previous engines....
(Ford Blue, Black and Silver...etc. etc.)
All headers painted black today....
might end up looking a bit Retro when it's all finished.
but it's a bit of fun anyway.
All going back in on Friday.... ready for next weekend's racing....
( A Series sprints at Warwick )
That's one way to run it in !!!!!
Cheers,
Warren.

Hey Ash...that's good news pal....I'm certainly OVER getting the engine back together...but it seems that it will be all good in a day or so.
As far as LETTING Proc win this weekend......
I'm all for that....you know what I always say....it's all about the camaraderie.
Let me get in front of you, so I can "control" any urges you get to drive too quickly...
You can trust me .

Wazza...You painted an alloy block ? Doesn't that make the heat dispersion a bit slower ?
The red looks good but...?

It's not an alloy block....
The Dart Iron block is many times stronger than a standard Windsor block....
Would like to have an Alloy block , but way more expensive...
See attached link as an example.
