Good spotting Dave. That was a quick trial fit as I played around with the brackets. Then I looked and remembered that air bubbles rise ... Right, the bleeder nipples are swapped over and on top now.

As per the name of this thread....
I thought some would like to see the Harrison Brakes...
they're on Warwick and Tony's new Track Cobra...to be finished in time for the Nationals.
The Brakes are HUGE.....they should do the job !

Nah I'm good thanks Merv, I've just been working on the conundrum of whether to make the stud pcd the same front and back. After all its unlikely that the rear wheels would ever be bolted on the front, but for the sake of simplicity/whatever to make them the same. My father was an aeronautical engineer back in the day, and he would have made sure that they were the same, but expediency is kinda saying to me 'Why bother !? '

Answering my own question here... just spoke to Warwick and those arms are Factory Five items with some changes to match the length of his standard arms and also the uprights are modified to accommodate threaded ball joints which are supplied with the FF arms.

Same springs and shocks as normal? That is a Daytona with a big block Ford?

Hard to say how those springs are rated Merv but 500lb wouldn't be out of the question?

That is a lot Paul! In my enquiries about shocks and springs I have learned a bit. I thought that my 300 at the front was light but was told Falcons have 160 or 190. It is all about the balance between the springs and the shocks and the preload I gather. Others would know much more. Also with a front sway bar you can have softer springs it seems.

Yes a sway bar contributes to the spring rate on the loaded corner. My guesstimate of 500lb was arrived at by figuring that with say a 100kg heavier engine you need to provide an extra 200lb of spring tension. I overlooked the fact that there is more than one spring absorbing the weight, but fortunately I'm a computer geek and not chassis engineer.
Those yellow springs do look beefier than normal though.
