Classic Revival Registration
Well after all these years it's finally happened, my car is registered. I thought the occasion would be a bit of a let down but I'm really happy and really relieved. This is one happy camper!
It's of to install the side pipes next week then another dose at the tuner, can't wait!
Regards

Fantastic news Mando!
Tell me, how did you get past the roll bar to headrest dimension problem?
Was it just by limiting the seat travel?
Cheers,
Glen

Well done Mando. Since July 2004 has been a long journey, but the car looks absolutely fantastic.

Mando... I'm so jealous. Can't say too much at this time, but you may have just beat me to the chequered flag by a couple of weeks.

Congrats Mando you must be very happy and relieved.
As has been asked, how did you get around the head rest hoop gap issue?
So now down to driving the beast - eh?
Be a while before I'm back in SA but I will catch up when I do get back over.
Cheers and well done
Steve

Congrats!
Now there goes one of the prettiest engine bays going round!
Now - Your next mission should you choose to accept it, is a clear perspex bonnet to show it off that engine & as always, should you or any of your IM Force or building buddies be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions
Truly well done.

Thanks guys, the roll bar problem was overcome by removing the foam to the rear of the headrest and installing a 4mm bolt through one of the runners. Distance between headrest and roll bar is 158mm. "touchdown".
Regards.
