Default 2012 Monterey Auto Week (Pebble Beach, etc)

Folks - I was at the 2011 Monterey Auto Week last month and it was fantastic. They were promoting 2012 as a big 50th celebration of the Cobra. The Week is chock-a-block with car stuff including auctions, shows and the historic races at Laguna Seca.

I'll leave it to you to do your own research but a good place to stay is the town of Salinas, far better priced than Monterey. With the $AUS still strong get a few mates organised and start planning now.

PS. Part of my strategic planning was to earlier send the wife off to Italy with her girlfriends for a couple of weeks, so I had that annoying issue covered!

PPS. Got to say Jay was a great bloke - not up himself at all.
