Looking for a good price on Toyo R888s

I need 255X50X16.

Not all dealers can get that size in Australia
the best price I have so far is $462ea.

That sounds a bit rich to me.

I can get 245X45X16 for $350 but the OD is too small.

I was looking for 17" 888's the other day on eBay, 16's might be a different scenario though.

Set of 2 for $175 on US eBay. Nothing locally.

Try George Polly in the UK or Tyrerack and make sure you confirm the manufacture date before spending a cent.

A lot of the tyres on eBay could well be out of date.

I noticed that there were a lot of 2009 R888 tyres on the net.
Maybe this accounts for some of the cheaper prices listed.
