I really want to get all of the chassis mods out of the way and be done with it. That was why I made the decision to adjust the roll bar mounts now so I wouldn't be tempted to later. There's only a couple of things left to do.
*Relocate hand brake mount. (It's in a crappy position and you hit your leg on it) *Finish brackets for removable engine cross member. I'll do this when the chassis is bare and I can flip it upside down (Easier to weld that way). Once the chassis is painted I would like to think that is it for any welding or modding. Anything after that will be strictly bolt on stuff like engine mods or suspension components etc. Cheers |
I might also add to the list that I'm tempted to swap the front X member between the upright with one made from round tube. :o
