Default Drb torana springs/shocks

Hi,
Can anyone advise best front spring and shock to use on drb with torana front end. Road and race

I think that Towmaster will have some good setup combos. You out there Ash?

Mine uses the same King Springs as recommended by the factory. I put them on the car when I first built it in 2002. I was using Monroe gas shocks but have upgraded to Spax adjustable units. The best way to get faster is to put in more seat time.... Simple as that.

Hi Towmaster,

Do you know the King Springs part number. I am asking as I am rebuilding an unregistered DRB that I have never driven.

The previous owner put in lowered V8 L34 springs and I am sure that these are far to stiff. I will be running a stroked 5 litre to give an idea of weight .

Sorry I'm on holidays in Greece at the moment, don't have my build book with me. Ring Peter Ransom on 07 38072480 he should be able to give you the right part number. They are working on a Torana based project at the moment.
