The final figure I got at the wheels was 417rwkw(560rwHP), enough to keep a sub 1200kg car very quick no matter what gear. It is also a very easy car to drive, and given that I can be cruising along in 5th and put my foot down it will still shoot forward quickly.

Most of all, i love the noise that the supercharger makes. Admittedely, it gets overcome by the sidepipes, but from 2500 you can gear the wrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaap it brings a smile to my ears everytime.

If I win lotto, I'll supercharge the ls7.....

But first I will try not to kill myself with the engine "as is"

I had a good chat with Craig yesterday, his kits are very impressive. I think he said he's up to build number 12?

Paintwerks, your kit mustn't be far away?

Yes Craig mentioned he is well into the double digit kit numbers ordered. Anyone that lays eyes on his factory and product will be impressed.

I know he is re inventing and improving all the time and the quality is 110%.

Look forward to seeing the factory photos and build photo shots once Craig does his kit releases.

Well, after 14 months, I'm happy to announce that as of this time next Thursday, I should be in possession of my new Pace 427SC!! She's currently a rolling chassis, but she'll be able to grace my garage and at least I can sit in her and make "brrm brrm" sounds!

The car gets picked up from Craig's workshop on Monday AM and I'll have her by Thursday afternoon. Can't wait!! It will be a great advance birthday present to myself as I turn 43 on the 23rd!
guye and hewey like this.

Or a short wait - depends which way you look at it

I haven't seen recent discussions about purchasing options. Is a rolling chassis defined as a car that rolls and stops and steers?

I'm keen to see the pics when it arrives. New builds are always great to watch!

Thanks guys.....yep, I'll be sure to take plenty of pics and do writeups of my build experience. I think I'll start a new build thread distinct from this thread.

To be perfectly open, it's never been an issue with Christmas for me simply because my family and I don't celebrate it (not a part of our religion).

My particular rolling chassis has the 15" Trigo wheels, M/T tyres, Brembos, LSD with hardened gearset, steering column and steering wheel. Craig and co can build the car to whatever stage you require. I figured it sensible to have my car as a roller given it's being trucked 2000km.
