Thanks Adz, the first one in the container is in the U.S. ready to come home to papa, its not my garage, thats further down in the dark photos. The next two are picking it up at Sydney port.
I have the same phone as you for taking photos, maybe I'll follow your advice and just take lots.

Awesome looking car Tengu. I reckon the most attractive feature of this car is that it's just down the road and round the friggin corner, unreal!
looking forward to seeing it in person. Looks immaculate for its age.
cheers

Thanks Adz, it is a very happy new year !!
The old girl is now registered
I attended the RMS office at Erina on January 2nd as soon as they opened their doors. There were a few nervous moments at the counter with phone calls and faxes to head office but I eventually walked out smiling. And naturally, the garage has been mostly empty the last 2 days.

Even though there are no pictures I can categorically state that Tengu is not telling porky pies. I have had reports of sightings from friends and family, and I have personally had the honour and pleasure of a visit by Tengu and his pristine beautiful old girl adorned with her sparkly new number plates.
Awsome car Tengu - congratulations again.

Congrats Mike, A CCCCC run to Impact Plants for coffee, sure, an easy drive for Paul...LOL...but the coffee is really good there.
Also have had reports of a Cobra stalking around Phegan's Bay.
Any further info on this???

Great news Tengu!!! And congratulations.
Even though you've done all your homework and jumped through all the hoops it's still a huge relief when the final approval comes through.

Thanks guys, the 12 month wait seemed like an eternity. Your words are so true Don, it has been hard to quell that little element of doubt, so yes, it is a huge relief to get over the line.
The cafe at Impact Plants has great coffee and food, not a bad starting point for a run.
Adz, I was near Phegans but not quite, Umina / Woy Woy.

Sounds like the start of a plan, have you sussed out your cruising range yet Mike? Road Warriors is reopen at Mount White or the Brooklyn Marina for a short run one morning.
Re Phegans Bay, I think he must have been lost, though I did venture down into Woy Woy Bay a couple of months ago.

Legless, either of those venues are a good first cruise location for me, nice and close. At this stage I think my range is between 150km and 180km?

Patonga Hotel is also a good spot, but you have to be early for parking.
The run in and out is a tad slow as the tarmac needs a lot of work and even gives the ranchos in the jeep a good workout...LOL

You wanna go and engage some 'terrorists' Adz? Patonga is a nice spot, crappy road in but maybe better after the hordes go home, besides your car wouldn't get up to operating temp would it? Brooklyn has a pub as well as the marina and a crappy road in but at least we get to enjoy the Pacific Hwy (to a very limited extent).
I'm ok for any day except Sundays not that I'm religous I just don't like paying Sunday rates to replace myself.
