Default PS Pump fittings

Guys,
Probably should join an LS forum along the way but thought i'd start here.
I'm looking for a -AN fitting for the KYB PS pump on my LS engine where the reservoir inlet normally sits.

I've seen this item on car in a street machine mag, but cant find it anymore and cant find one on the usual sites and catologues, i.e. aeroflow, earls, proflow, russells, etc etc....

Anybody seen one somewhere?
Otherwise its make one.

regards
Dave

Dave,

The inlet is an o-ringed flanged fitting, obviously no threads in the pump.

I'd say fabricate your own, using a steel AN fitting.

The outlet is a banjo fitting, so it is already threaded in the pump housing.

Hi Gary,
I've had it apart, and as you say, its a tube with an o ring seal.

I probably will have to make something up, if i cant find something off the shelf.

Dave

Dave - If I remember correctly I just cut off the pipe bit and welded on a Steel AN fitting. All good - no leaks

Cheers

try AGR Performance-MB Motorsports They use that pump as a basis for their racing pumps. They might have the fitting you need sitting on the shelf.

Thanks Rob, Bob, and Tenrocca.
I've got the speedflow cat, nothing in there specific to this, but they do have the weld ons as do some of the others.
Looks like i'll be making something up.
I'll post up my results in case any body else is interested,

Dave
