Hey Paul,
How are ya?
Thanks again for hospitality at Goodwood.
I reckon I saw you driving home, or atleast I did see a alloy 427 driving down the freeway near the turnoff to go to Hampton Court.

I'm excellent thanks, how about you?
Very busy at work, but that's all good.
I can't imagine it was anyone other than me as I haven't seen another one like mine in the UK.
Are you booked for any other visits over here in the foreseeable future?
Cheers,
Paul

Thanks Paul, yep having a blast. Big day(s) tomorrow, leaving Heinola Finland in the morning for Tallinn Estonia then Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands to finish about lunch time the following day (Saturday). Think we may be in the lead by now... Fingers crossed....

You come swanning over to Europe from your sun baked desert, probably never even seen snow before and walk off with our winter rally trophies. Bloody foreigners.
I'll keep my fingers tightly crossed for you.
Best wishes,
Paul

No plans yet Paul, probably doing house and yard stuff this year with spending money, so probably 2014 for next trip.

Ash has been keeping in touch on Facebook ....still in second place yesterday going through Latvia.....hit Poland about 4hours ago.....freezing conditions and VERY long sessions behind the wheel....
But what a bloody cool (no pun intended)... thing to do.
I think today is the last day....
If I get any news I'll update....
I think we'll hear from Ash if there's a podium finish anyway ....ha ha

Just got this on the chat line in facebook.....
Wazza! No podium at this stage but u never know. We dropped from 2nd to third to 7th. We arrived 1hr 10min too early so were penalized heavily... Gotta work out arrival time an average of google maps, falk.de & autoroute so not easy. My partner only just advised me of this yesterday... So today we r doing the Maths & trying to be as close to the time as possible. All vehicles are GPS tracked so they know where u are, how fast ur going & how much ur **** stinks.... Lol speeding 5k & over also loses points...
Also....
Ash just posted that they're coming to the end of a 31 hours straight "session".....
I recon Ash will snore the plane down on the trip home in the next day or so....
Good luck to him...a hell of an experience.

Guys,
Just in case anyone is interested I have attached a link to the hour long documentary made by Top Speed TV. A sort of Dutch version of Top Gear. I haven't watched it yet..this could be embarrassing!
