HUGE Congratulations ......
(Just in case anyone is in any doubt....it passed engineering inspection with flying colours.)
A rush on the paperwork, and with fingers crossed, you should have it registered in time for the Nationals.
Well done mate...she's beautiful.

Thanks Wazza,
I forgot to sat that the Absolute Pace Cobra Chassis No.6 passed its engineering inspection on the 10th September 2014.
Thanks for reminding me Wazza.
I have yet to drive it more than a few hundred meters but that will change for sure
Cheers
Brad

That's a ground-breaking new "green" development from the AP R&D boffins.
On downward slopes the motor switches to economy mode and the passenger is encouraged to pedal to maintain speed whilst conserving fuel.
It's the first accessory box Brad ticked. After many years of ownership of a fleet of taxis, there's still no such thing as a free ride in any of his cars.

Me thinks this is the start of many to come.
Looks fantastic. For all this time I have seen it in the workshop, and it looks great. Now seeing it on the road, looks even better.
Congratulations to Brad, Craig and everyone at AP that have created this quality bit of Australian design and engineering.

Call me biased but I reckon this is the best proportioned body style I have seen in a Cobra recreation. Your car has the perfect stance that say's "ain't I pretty but touch me and I will rip your b...dy head orf". Love the low seating for the driver and passanger, looking through the centre of the windscreen.
Congrats Brad on a great job and a labour of love and also to Craig and the crew for a fantastic modern design and just generally good engineering and as someone else said "all done in Australia". Took a while but what a creation.
Cheers
Russell

Congratulations Brad. All that hard work paid off. Great looking car. I really like the look of the BRM wheels.
On the subject of the hand brake... If you look at an original LHD 427 interior it's pretty much the mirror of that layout.
I think the handbrake on the original AC Ace chassis was on the right hand side from it's RHD origins. When they went to the US they would have changed the steering to LHD but left the handbrake in it's original position.
Cheers

Congrates and a big well done.
I may be wrong but is this the first AP to actually be submitted for actual engineers testing?
And it passed first go (not just tested on a PC)
This should certainly help answer a lot of doubters (me inclusive), would be great to see one driven in anger at Goulburn, might even convince me to buy a plane ticket and be a tourist.
