Peter, ours are custom to our requirements due to our performance requirements.
I would love to sell you some, but to be honest I think you would be better off with the commercially available units.
They are called Bushed Rod Ends.
Macdonald Bros Racing sell some very nice units, in both steel and stainless. Link attached below to them:

Thanks Craig. I'm making some adjustable arms for the GTO but I'm not a fan of Rose joints on road cars.

Peter, yes, you can't beat the ease of fitment and adjustability of rod ends, the bushed rod ends give you all this plus a more compliant ride that is nice to have on a road car.

Hi Guys
Thanks for the nice comments If the Pace 427 turns out half as nice as Warren's Cobra then i will be very happy.
Friday does come along very slowly and I don't want to wish my life away but the good things in life are worth waiting for.
Yes Craig the Pace facility is very clean,I think everyone could wear a Tuxedo to work there and go home the same way they turned up for work.

I am going with 17" wheels as wide as possible so as not to ruin the look.
15" wheels won't fit over the brake rotors and the 4 spot Brembo Calipers

Just to add some extra info...
Brad is going with our 17" Halibrand Style Pin Drive wheels.
On a 17" wheel, 315mm is a great rear tyre size. We support up to 345mm wide tyres on the rear.
Brad has gone with our larger Brembo brake package that suits the larger diameter wheels. It is also race proven and race guaranteed. As in you won't need a larger brake package no matter how serious you get with racing. Our fastest track cars use the same brake setup and have competed on some of our toughest race circuits, including Bathurst.
We do a smaller Brembo caliper and rotor package for 15" wheels.
All of our brake rotors feature a slotted and dimpled surface treatment as standard. |

Yeah, thanks for that Brad...I think.
In that third shot it's plain to see that my shoulders are below the top of the dashboard--unheard of for me--but I was also playing with the adjustable steering column, which was set too high, also unheard of for me. As a result my legs give the impression that there is insufficient leg room and this is definitely not the case, it's just the way I was sitting at the time. There's a copious amount of leg room and with a spacer under the seat (dare I say unheard of for me again?) and with the forward sloping floor creating even more foot space, this appears to be a Cobra in which I could for the first time very happily travel long distances.

I've FINALLY found a huge fault with the Absolute Pace design.....
(and I know some have been trying to find SOMETHING that was wrong !!!!....so you can thank me later )
It's that big ugly arsed piece of wood that sits from the dash to the middle of the car !!!!!
C'mon Craig.....Get your act together !!
Trust me mate....it'll look a lot nicer without that wooden beam.....!!!  |
