New Absolute Pace Facility
Been a litte busy with setting the new factory up and haven't had much time to visit the forum.
We have now fully moved into our new facility at 23 Demand Avenue, Arundel. Contact phone number remains the same at 07 3103 0957.
The new facility is just over 1800sqm (19000sqf) and gives us a large showroom area and offices, substantial lock up yard and a few free standing sheds with the ability to separate work areas and operations.
There are 4 main areas in this facility:
Office/Showroom Area
Assembly Shop (all component assembly and servicing work)
Composites Shop (fabrication of our fibreglass and carbon parts)
Fabrication Shop (fabrication of aluminium & steel components e.g. chassis)
Also many smaller functional areas:
Aluminium Body Prep Room
Machine Room
Hardware, Electrical & Fasteners Room
3 Main Parts Storage Areas
Engine Assembly Shop
Body & Chassis Assembly Area
Chassis Testing Area
We have 9 full-time and 5 part-time employees. I am very proud of the diverse and high skill level we have with our team.
We are currently producing 3 x different kit cars - PACE 427, PACE GT & PACE Skeleton. We also distribute and customise the Kirkham products for registration here.
I have attached some photos, enjoy.

Very impressive Craig - congratulations, it's a credit to you all.
Hopefully with shifting and re-instatement behind you, you can now really concentrate on the core business of pumping out some of those really nice looking cars I've been seeing on this forum.
Well done mate.
Steve

Looks great Craig, I'll send my cousin along one of these days. His missus has already told him he's not bringing the checkbook. She must have cash in mind I'm guessing.

Manufacturing Excellence
Hi Craig
The new factory looks great and has the feel of Manufacturing excellence and it is evident by the attention to detail in all the cars I have seen in your workshop.
Now all you have to do is increase output and you will be firing on all 8 cylingers without people like me nagging you about when this or that will be here haha.
Well Done
Brad

Thanks everyone, really appreciate the compliments and support.
Production is ramping up nicely now we have fully moved into the new facility. Put on 2 new guys last month and they are simply excellent, the business attracts skilled high performers with enthusiasm to match. Makes finding the right guys a lot easier.
The facility infrastructure is ramping up nicely as well as we have just commisioned our 2nd full rotisserie chassis jig. Built another couple of body jigs, plus lots of other infrastructure items are being added weekly.
Will keep the updates coming...
