The Gallery here on CC works very well. Click on the camera icon under your username and then select upload photos over on the right hand side. It's pretty self explanatory once you get going.

Dave has written a really good explanation in the photo posting sticky thread on the main page. Here's a link: help with posting photos

Cheers

It works well but it's very rudimentary and not too friendly if you're on a mobile device, if you ask me. There's a 20Mb storage limit and a 400kb limit on images, which prevents uploading directly from a smartphone.

It's OK if you have time to copy the images to your PC and resize them, but much easier to use something like photobucket which resizes automatically - not to mention tagging, folders, social media links, etc. Photobucket also has a free mobile app that lets you edit images before uploading, pretty handy when you're out and about.

I agree sambo. I have an app I can edit the pics with on my iPad before I upload them, but it is annoying at the least. Plus I'm nearly at my pic storage limit and I haven't even received my kit yet

So Photobucket from now on for me too.tested the iPad app yesterday and it is very convenient.

Cockpit front fulyl welded now, cockpit structure progressed and more progress on the rear. Starting to take shape. Oohh I love the aluminum (US spelling so they know what I am talking about ).

Leave them alone Craig! They're looking on in awe. It's great to see people so proud of their work!

Default Chassis done

Ok, so my chassis is complete and now sits proudly yet nakedly in Craig's showroom.

And you cynics - proof that it is my chassis in the non-removable #33 sticker embedded in the chassis front member

Thanks guys.

Lex's-dad: I think the body will be started in a week or so. Hopefully fitted to the chassis in about a month.

Then marking, fitting and door hanging. Don't think I'll get AP to cut the holes; maybe just the critical ones (window posts, roll bar, louvres). I just want to think about the tail lights (for instance) and maybe swap them for traditional round yellow and red units.

My folks are actually up in GC this week, so Craig if you're watching this thread, prepare for a possible inspection ;-)

Default Body started

Well now the body laying up has begun. I was difficult with the colour apparently, but I think it will be quite distinctive.

Way to go.

Looking forward to seeing the body once its popped out.

The dark colour will make for a nice contrast with plenty of shiney bits.

Yeah thats what i thought too Leroy.

And it's NOT purple Ten. It's dark blue. I suspect the mould makes it look a bit redder in those pics.
