The image tag at the end needs to have a / in it like this: [/IMG]. Not the front one, just the end.

More bad luck mate, what is it with you and engines?
Well that at least explains why you haven't been round for a visit! But look on the bright side Mike, this is EXCELLENT! Now you've got all the justification you need for getting that FE finished.
PS Just looking at the last picture I can see what the problem is; You never ever want to do that, you're just asking for problems. Every time I've done that I've had similar issues too, but I figured it out, you never take your wife in the cobra, you're just tempting fate. Sorry Deb, but its true.

Yep thanks, that worked.
It does looks like it threw a rod Craig. I hope I can salvage the top end. I wont know until I pull it down. I have a spare 428 block in the garage that needs a clean up and machining.
Legless, yes time to stop procrastinating with that engine build. Apart from the rotating assembly, I hope the rest is good to swap over. For survival reasons, I wont comment on the wife thing, but I reckon Deb makes the cobra look good !
Dale, It really does look like a bullet hole, but its a bit bigger at about .50 cal

Haha Treeve. I'm sure I'm doing everything right. Oh well...I apologise to all for any future post I add trying to sort this out. I've checked the link so many times and followed Sticky's advice and all looks ok.
