New build AP No. 32
May as we'll start a build thread. Even though I won't get kit till Oct.
Though at least the engine is built, and ready to be shipped. 351w stroked to 408 from Prestige Motor Sports in USA (North Carolina) plus utube video link on the dyno

Sounds very healthy! What numbers did it make?
That intake manifold is pretty tall. I wonder if it will fit with a standard hood scoop?
What colour have you chosen for the car?
Looking forward to seeing lots more details. I love build threads!

Great stuff mudbrick. I noticed your chassis number on the jig just before mine :-) (makes sense, mine's #33).
Awesome engine setup!
Give us the lowdown on your car specs.

Bring on the build thread....
Mudbrick can I ask 2 questions...
Will there be any problem to fully street register that motor? I did hear that some constraints had been wound back.
Also why did u get your engine built in the USA? Price, recommendation? Having been down that path, with the experience I had, I could never do that again.
No reflection on your engine builder....
Interested in your feedback.
Please continue with heaps of pics etc.

That's the way to kick off a build thread -- with your engine on a dyno!!
Could you post the run sheet some time?
Spook, no need to stress. Prestige Motor Sports are well regarded builders of high-end street and race motors. A build of this calibre would be well within their capabilities and experience. Now, as for your nuclear reactor, well that's a different kettle of fish entirely ...

Thanks for the kind words and questions.
Dyno info I'll get in a couple of weeks when I call back to Prestige
The motor should fit under hood/scoop. Ht I'm told from bottom oil pan to top of air filter 30 1/2"
Running 351w, stoked to 408. Approx 450hp, TKO 600 g/box
Will be painting car Candy Apple Red, grey/silver stripes, interior to match.
Have gone with full kit from AP, and standard body (white) as it will be painted.
Had followed Prestige on Facebook page for a few mths, sent emails, got quotes on a couple of pkgs, and as I'm in the US and was staying a couple of hrs drive away I went for a visit. Doug has a good setup and was (still is) very helpfull and accommodating. So was happy to part with $$$$

Are you planning on licencing your build, or is it a track car only?

Mudbrick, do you envisage any problems registering the car for road use?
