I have to say I kind of like the look of the roadster version. I have a model of on on the shelf at home.

I don't know, the car looks well engineered but it just doesn't say GT40 to me under the covers, maybe I'm to traditional. I think you might of been better off fitting the later Ford GT body copy. How does the cross over exhaust work with the rear suspension? I couldn't imagine a 40 without one.
I am 6ft tall and 118kg and fit easy in a RF, also RF have a 40mm dropped floor option now which can now fit the tallest of people.
Dont get me wrong, I am not bagging the car it's just not my cup of tea.

Its a nice looking car. I didn't get to see much of either cobra or 40 except for Sunday afternoon where I had a quick squiz in the GT40 shed while everyone was packing up. The AP guys were busy all weekend so I just looked from afar.
Its certainly a pretty special bit of gear.
Now I've had a general look it'll be interesting to see what LJ's launch has to show in 2 weekends time with the AP 40 fresh in my mind.

I think th superformance GT is more for the purists. From my understanding it uses a monocoque tub that looks just like the the original. I like the Pace GT for the opposite reasons to you Albany. modern High tech running gear under a classic shell. It fits the same philosophy they have with their 427.
Cheers

After being around kit cars for more than 15 years and building several Cobra's, Coupes, and a couple GT 40's; I wouls like to compliment you on your welds and the consistancy of your gaps. It looks like you guys have really put a lot of time into this product. I wish you the best with your production runs and future customers. If what we see is what every customer will see then you guys are in for some success.

Clois, Don't know if you remember, but I met you about 6 years ago at Run N Gun in St Louis.
I really appreciate the compliments. We have poured our heart and soul into our PACE GT & PACE 427 products and it is fantastic to get such comments from someone like yourself.
