Body is mounted to chassis. Looks fantastic. The care that Pace are taking is amazing and I guess it shows their commitment to quality and their attention to detail is of a world class level. Im blown away by Marks level of finish inside and out of that alloy body.

Dave, looks amaaaaazing! Glad to see it has really gained momentum. World class you'd have to say by those pics.

You better watch out or Tony Denny will offer you a price you cant refuse. (Background - He has my GT40 but negotiations have broken down lol)

So how are you getting it back to Perth?

Matty how to get it home.....working on that at the moment, ranging from sea containers to picking it up myself with an enclosed trailer....not sure.

It's funny, the car has an old school look on the outside yet the tech inside with the CF structure is an amazing step forward in component car technology. The Guys at Pace are truly world class and the pics show they can handle top end projects with the care and detail that is expected. Hoping everyone gets a look at this car before it heads over West.

I thought I would update this thread as some of us couldn't make it to the Nationals.

Finally the body is complete. I'm informed that some minor sealing on some of the panels is required and that's it. I'm waiting to hear back from Craig but suspect he is drowning in work since returning from the Nats. The result looks excellent and I'm looking forward to picking this car up. Im heading off for the big drive to QLD to pick her up in person in the next few weeks. A big thanks to Ashley for selling me his excellent enclosed car trailer to ease collection. Also a big thanks to Pace for working tirelessly on this project since collecting the body.

I will have plenty of room in the trailer and ute so if you need parts collected from Pace and can meet me on the journey happy to help out.
