Promise that this new suit doesn't have the arse cut out of it like the last one did Andy.

It's a pretty standard racetrack regulation. I guess it's the liability thing with loud noises, dogs freaking out, dogs biting people etc.

It looks like we have 77 entries so far (11 of which modified are the modified package).
Funnily enough, despite Andrew's new slick race suit (and the late fee), there look like there may be a couple more interested in entering on top of that number.

Yes Dean you can camp there, plenty of us will be camping in trailers etc. There is also onsite cabins with track views that are pretty cheap. I think Matt (spookypt) is staying in one of the cabins.

Haven't seen any showers. Might have to hose you down by the third day.

Most of the guys have showers in their trailers. The only great unwashed will be Ash and the guys will be generally reluctant to let him use theirs for fear he may borrow Tenroccas new race suit and cuddle up. It gets cold and lonely in those trailers and they're saying already what happens behind the pit row sheds stays behind the pit row sheds.
Knowing the list of questionable characters hanging out down in that "area" this year Im staying up in the little villas on the hill as I figure like previous years I'll need as close a proximity as I can to fix whatever needs fixing.
Plus I get to see a little more from up there too!

Yes there are public showers onsite, the guys mostly use them to save their water. So I will be nice and smelly.... in a good way.
Matt you failed to mention if you are sharing your little love nest with anyone ?????
What's his name and are you going to introduce him to the questionable characters????

Just wondering if there are many guys doing the Thursday 'speed off the streets' practice as well as Fridays practice?

Dean,
Part of the event is a 1/8 mile drags, you would get 3 passes at the drags. There are 5 events in total, the drags, a slalom challenge, hill climb, one lap dash and the sprint event on the Sunday.
They have in the past had a group of people go for a drive in the local countryside but numbers interested were so low that I think they just organise it on the day if anyone is interested.
There is a bit of a Sho n Shine on the Sunday morning before racing starts.
Ash.
