Nah, the Driver has been on a weight saving program rather than the Cobra (so the driver can fit into his driving suit).

I don't have an interior. You're all in trouble.

My chariot is pretty well much good to go now, I have detuned it a fair whack to make it nicer to drive. I have had it out for a couple of short drives in the last week which is different from any other year when it's been a mad scramble to get it ready and in the trailer in time.
I'm looking forward to having a play in group 7 this year, it should be loads of fun.

I have bit the bullet and invested in a set of new SUPER SOFT slicks for this years event.
I'll put them on for a couple of runs on the Sunday...... then I can also use them for the A series events later next year.
Hoping for a 61 or a 62 fingers crossed...... Although ultimately my (lack of) talent may be the deciding factor.....

Mods you can scan your entry form as well as your payment receipt to
phillip "at" lynn "dot" net
Make sure on your payment lodgement you put your name and Nats entry so they know who's paid. All the details are on your entry form.
Hope that's of help.

Well, there is only one day to go to get your entry form in for the 22nd Cobra Nationals - entries will close at the end of tomorrow, 18 September.
The number of entries we have received so far have been really solid so it looks like attendance will be up from last year.
The weather is looking clear so we should be in for a great weekend.
At this stage, the quickest way to get your entry in is to email it to either myself (kimjuliedown@gmail.com) or Phil Lynn (plynn302@gmail.com).
Can't wait to get on the track...

I have never been to nationals before, is this place to go if your in the market for a car.
Are all the manufactures there with displays etc?
I know this one is a little field, but a dog on a lead allowed into Wakefield park? Will help get the wife over the line
Appreciate any and all info, read the support regs but that applies to owners etc.
Cobra nsw didn't have much info on the website, I assume it's more for the participants than spectators.

This would be one of the best events to go to if you are in the market for a Cobra.
Very spectator friendly - you can mingle in the pit garages and ask owners/builders/Kit Manufacturers first hand.
I don't believe there is any no dog rules. I am pretty sure you'd be ok as long as its on a lead and doesn't get too upset by loud V8 engine noises :-)
There is a fair amount of downtime between drivers competing and most of us are always up for a chat.
Cheers
Gregg
