AP016 Build Thread
I had a few guys from work come over to checkout the workshop so I got them to give me a hand to remove the body. Very easy job with 4 people.
Last weekend my son gave me a hand to build a frame to store the Body
One night after work we hung the body off the rafters. The 4 post Hoist made lifting the Body up very easy : )
Progress so far, not much, Pedal Box hole cut and cut out Engine bay insulation.

actually i would have thought powder coating might have been on the options list . while i love the alloy look i reckon the red body with black powder coating would look smick i might send a picture of the chassis to one of the powder coaters here in adelaide that do a lot of race car chassis and see what they think . unless pace has a reason as to why they shouldn't be done ?

I never tire of seeing pictures of that suspension!
Progress is good (particularly for mid-winter).
Cheers,
Glen

I agree.
So much alloy, so clean, such a well presented package for any builder.
Keep the updates coming, great to see.

It's all good Richard...nothing went wrong..
I asked Darryl about that, and he confirmed he meant "affixed"...not "fixed".
Had me concerned at first, because I didn't recognize that flange
( ours are a creamy white colour)...turns out he'd painted it black.
Cheers,
Warren

Bad choice of words on my behalf, I should have said attaching or installing.
