I used the flexible chrome\copper ribbed radiator hose, however the lengths are a little shorter due to using a different radiator and inlet outlet both being on the drivers side.
Cant see your header tank in there yet either? Mine is attached to the drivers side shock tower (see thread link below)
There are quite a few pics of different setups in the old LS engine bay thread:

e-clip I had stainless tube fabricated for the coolant pipe runs to improve the look and help with maintaining the engine bay as pretty easy to keep clean.
Can't say that I've seen alloy variants in use and the risk of erosion is there too I assume over SS and alloy tarnishes pretty easily too.
Have a look through my "Slowy miracle build" thread, there will be engine bay photos of the above to give some ideas.
You need to plan quite strategically for an overall look and work towards that.
For example I'd probably go that nice black look hose option with silver fittings available these days over the braid as an alternate visual.
The trick is to get your end plan in mind now, a difficult task I know.
Good luck.

I may be a little anal, but I would get a new radiator made up with the outlets on the passenger side. I used alloy that was later chromed.
Cheers,
Ben

Hi e,
put a drain bung in the bottom of the lower pipe as well if there isn't one in the radiator already, makes it easy in the future.
An NPT or o-ring ORB fitting will do the trick.

I'm with Ben on this. Get rid of the stock commodore radiator and get a double pass cross flow one built with the outlets on one side. It'll look way neater and save you a lot of heartache making the pipes.
Cheers

I got mine through Classic and Vintage Bulbs.
Classic and Vintage Bulbs
Anthony has been in business for a long time and had all the right parts. He supplied me Lucal L691 and L692 tail lights with the correct E-Markings.
For headlights you will need MGB trim rings and he has them too.
Cheers

I got mine from ebay before I found Anthony. I did buy headlights and all my LED bulbs from Anthony, so +1 there.

I went to White Vision (AU company).. they have a 7" LED headlight that is ADR compliant.

Quiet a few have used the defender lights, although not in led. Not as nice and not as large as the l691/l692 lights IMO.

anyone know where to get them non-LED? the L692s might be a bit big for what i need (coz of the shape of the body in the taillight area).
shame the defender ones don't have a chrome surround.
