CLEARVIEW TOWING MIRRORS
$795 for the ones to suit my ranger with the chrome and indicators built in to suit my xlt . and about $750 to suit f 250 and 350 so you saved a few bucks getting them out of the states

Looks good Ash. Did you eventually sell the Colorado 6 litre?

Ashley, F truck looks the part, fyi I used to have an F350 for work and fitted similar mirrors, as they were from the states the LHS mirror didn't have the required internal angling ability for a RH drive vehicle, we had to physically angle the mirror bracket back and fix to achieve the correct viewing angle, unfortunately this was only after my offsider reversed into a machine that had snuck up on our LHS. F250
I saw it today. Its got a bit of Aussie Redneck about it!
Sounds quite tuff.... almost like those Poootrol guys who run straight piped exhausts.
Its a beast. The drop hitch will need to be about 500mm!!

Thinking I am going to get it wrapped. Got a quote today for $5500 to wrap the whole truck in a metallic blue and then put our logo etc on it. Should look pretty good. Will match the Supercar & Cobra colour...

Still just running the standard exhaust, haven't touched anything on that side of it yet. A bit reluctant because I don't want it to drone when towing....

What would a "cheap but reasonable quality" paint job cost in comparison?

If I wanted to keep silver I could get the doors & front guards painted but I would like to go with our business colors to match the other promotional vehicle

Finally got the 4 ton adjustable hitch receiver so I could fit that up and hook up the trailer!
Took it for a quick drive up the road and yep, hardly know it's there!

Got another quote for $1600 to paint both sides of the cab i.e. Guards & doors
Bonnet, roof & tub are ok.
I think it will now stay silver until I win the lotto...

Does the aerodynamic bubble on the front of your trailer give you any noticible improvement in fuel consumption ?

It's not for aerodynamics but for smuggling contraband.
