"taking twice as long as you though"........ thats ok, means you are proberbly doing it right.

'costing twice as much as you thought'....... this can hurt.

You got a great package there and in record time, enjoy the build, and plenty of pics.

They all take longer, because when you fit something (if you are like me) you stand back grinning like a stupid cat for 10 minutes thinking how cool it looks.

before I can have 10 minutes of grinning time, I need to have 2 hours of fitment time, and 1 hour of re-fitment time, but first of all there's 4 hours of staring time......

Doesn't sound like you have also allowed some hours for template making first!

Default A little bit of progress

Seeing the other posts updated has kicked me into gear to post some photos and an update.

Only had a couple of days of work on the car the last few weeks. 2 trips to London with only 5 days at home between them and a trip to Queensland to pick up a ute with my dad in those 5 days off has meant on only a few things done.

Got the Stainless Steel panels finished, steering rack in, Diff in (that was a bugger of a job!) the fuel lines back in and brake lines finished.

Made a good start in the suspension with the front end done as far as I can. (waiting on spinner adapters so I can put on brake callipers).

Next tasks will be to finish the rear end as far as I can and then look at installing the drivetrain.

I have 9 days off when I return from London on Thursday so will get a good bit of work done.
