Car was not running Saturday, my Brother came over and gave me a hand with re-setting the valves, de-gunking the carbie, tuning and the like and we managed to get her started Sunday (hope it holds)
Hotel is booked
Fees are paid
Leave is approved
Hoping for an uneventful 2016 while on my sedate tour of the circuit.

Spooky must have a couple hanging around after his rebuild.. Failing that there are around 1M rabbits around my place.. come collect a foot at any stage.. !

Yeah my Nats chronology reads something ike this.. (Some designers license is included)
2006 - Drove around like a spew (Quote - Tenrocca)
2007 - Missed Nats due to building a new car with Ozvenom
2008 - OZVenom and Spook car handled like a spew
2009 - OzVenom and Spook car went okish
2010 - New BDR arrived and broke diff
2011 - Missed Nats due BDR having difference of opinion with Dick Smith Signage at QR
2012 - BDR Broke Diff
2013 - BDR Broke Diff
2014 - BDR Broke Diff
2015 - Broke Diff and Gearbox. MY BEST NATS.
2016 - Missed Nats due to broken engine
2017 - Sold car and decided to go and solve the worlds problems because it was just MUCH EASIER!

just a bit of a heads up for those that are thinking of going to the speed off the streets day on the Thursday before the Nationals.
The pricing structure has changed and you can now "pre-book" and if you don't pre-book, you pay $30 more.
Weekday Speed off the Streets Days, pre-booked: $145.00
Weekday Speed off the Streets Days, not booked: $175.00
To pre-book you can ring the track or fill in the form from their web site and email to them.

Saturday Night is at Goulburn Soldiers club
Sunday Night is at Goulburn Workers Club
